Fee & Payment

 
 
 

Fee:

  • $275 for 50-minute individual session.

Payment:

  • Payment is expected prior to the start of each session.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept any insurance as direct payment. Only debit cards, major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

  • My policy does not allow for no payment for more than one session. Therapy will be paused until payment is met. Or, we’ll look into other options (i.e., referral to another provider) to better support your needs.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • If and when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, I kindly request that you give me at least 48 hours of advanced notice (via email or phone).

  • I will wait up to 15 minutes from the time of your scheduled session. If you do not show up for your scheduled video session or call me back within the first 15 minutes, that will be considered a No-Show.

  • Any No-Show, cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48-hour notice will be charged full fee for that scheduled session.

  • In case of a personal or family emergency (i.e., death in the family, physical ailment, major accident), I will make an exception and provide a refund.
