Areas of Specialty

The journey worth taking.

Healing is a deeply personal process and unfolds differently for everyone. Just like life itself, it will certainly encounter twists and turns, delays and setbacks, tears and laughter, and all the surprises, milestones and celebrations in between.

From my experience, I can honestly tell you that healing is not a road clearly mapped out for anyone. It has no shortcuts. It is not a highway that you can speed through, bypass all the ugliness and rush home. Most definitely, it is not a destination that you quickly arrive, and call it a trip.

Rather, healing is a journey, and a not-so-linear one at that—it is more like a spiral, often complicated and complex, beautifully messy with curveballs and rough patches, achingly tender and yet, so glorious, sacred and magnificent all at the same time.

There is no knight in shinning armor, no magic wand and no fairy godmother/godfather on this journey. But it does require your courage, faith, self-discipline, self-compassion, and pure hard work—to get up on a daily basis, take bold steps forward, acknowledge your shadows, face the music, dance through the dark times, and believe that gradually, you are moving towards a lighter and more colorful side of life with clarity, love, peace and freedom.

The good news is, you get to be the hero in your own story. So, trust that it is an amazing and powerful story that you live and tell.

Over the past many years, I have been privileged to work with hundreds of individuals across lifespan, gender/sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds. However, I find the most pleasure in offering a safe, reflective and compassionate space for (young) women who are committed to engaging themselves in the healing process and personal growth, exploring their own Soul journey towards wholeness through Self-inquiry, unearthing their creative gifts, and living a life with purpose, integrity and authenticity.

When you’re ready to take that bold step forward and move towards that softer side of life, I’ll gladly be of support to you. My work with (young) women often focuses on these areas:

  • Discovering your true Self and purpose

  • Forgiveness, faith and spiritual growth

  • Self-love, and Self-mastery

  • Cultural identity, and Self-awareness

  • Social justice and (Self) advocacy

  • Individual, generational and collective trauma

  • Finding joy and meaning in singleness

  • Friendships, dating and breakups

  • Processing grief and losses

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Family dynamics, relationships, and parenting

  • Healthy boundaries and healthy communication
